Eric joined the Innovative team in 2003, and his impact was immediate He is the go-to person for managing the year round property maintenance crews at Innovative and currently manages over 35 employees. Eric is directly involved in scheduling, routing and quality control of all of the Innovative year round maintenance properties. He is also the senior estimator for any new property bids.
